Villa Nova is located in Ozia area of Paxos, only 1.200 km from Gaios, the center of the island.

It has parking, a swimming pool with sunbeds and outdoor showers.

It is a detached house on three levels. The ground floor house is independent and has direct access to the pool and the outdoor area and can accommodate 2 adults in double bed and even 2 children, as there are two more single beds in the same area. There is also a kitchenette and a full bathroom.

The main house is a maisonette with an internal staircase. Upstairs there is a living room, kitchen, a double bedroom and upstairs there are two more bedrooms with double beds and another full bathroom.
The house can accommodate a total of 8 adults and two children.
Outside there is complete privacy..

Great villa for groups who want to enjoy the pool and each others company. Property has a great pool, bedrooms were great and the separated studio apartment is really good.

Η διαρρύθμιση του σπιτιού, οι άνετοι χώροι, η διακόσμηση, ο εξοπλισμός, η ησυχία. Εκτιμήσαμε πολύ τα κλιματιστικά (πήγαμε μέσα σε καύσωνα)! Τα παιδιά ξετρελάθηκαν με την πισίνα! Επιτρέπονται τα κατοικίδια. Επίσης, βρίσκεται πολύ πολύ κοντά στον Γάιο.

Theano is a wonderful host very keen to help and give advice about the island. Great location, great rooms, very confortable. The kids loved the swimming pool and the adults the bbq. if only there was a bit more shade in the morning.
